I hang out in my garage, turn on the fan, change into dry clothes, stretch my calves for about 6-7 min, come into the AC inside the house, change into another set of dry shorts & shirt, then do my rolling & stretching. Seems to work…

When I run from home...I go to the basement and get a cold water and a beach towel. Come upstairs and sit in the dinning room under the ceiling fan, drink the cold water and wrap up in the towel. Normally after the water is done I need a hot shower to warm back up.

I have a cooler full of ice and drinks (water, Mexican coke, refuel/recover drink. As I'm drinking I'll put a cloth in the ice to get it cold/wet and put around my neck, wipe my face, etc.
